All orders are processed within the stated timeframe after receiving your order confirmation email. After processing your order, you will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

**Depending on our domestic carriers, unfortunately, we may not ship beyond the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states, i.e. we may not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Outlying Islands, etc.).
Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/ FPO Addresses
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/ FPO Address. If our current carriers fall into this category, we may not ship to these addresses.
How can I monitor the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to keep track on the delivery status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, sometimes it may take several business days depending on the carrier.

COVID-19 Delivery
All of our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.
Please rest assured that all of our carriers are following government regulations and recommendations, and that everyone's safety is our first priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services, however, we encourage all customers to use their home address for delivery.
All carriers will start using contact-free delivery services going ahead, which means you won't have to sign for any delivered packages.
All carrier rules and measures may be found on the selected carrier's website; emails will be sent upon shipment to confirm delivery and carrier details.

Domestic Shipping delays
If you haven’t received your order after 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please file a request in our return & refunds form , and choose "Item never arrived" as cause for return, so we can look into it.
