Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is effective 14 days, for eligible returns, after the package delivery date.

Returns, exchange, and refunds requests submitted 14 days after the delivery of the order are, unfortunately, ineligible, and will be declined. 

 

Eligibility: 

The returned products must meet these terms to be eligible for a return, exchange, and/ or refund:

For products to be eligible for returns, exchange, and/or refunds, they must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all their original labels attached in their original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and the return, exchange, and/ or refund request may not be accepted. 

 

Eligible for returns, exchange, and/ or refunds:
  1. Product is damaged or defective.
  2. Received the wrong product or variation.
  3. Product never arrived.
  4. The package is incomplete — missing item(s).
  5. Change of mind returns for products shipped from our domestic warehouses.

 

Ineligible for returns, exchange, and/ or refunds:
  1. Return requests resulted from customer mistakes, including but not limited to: 
    1. Ordering the wrong product.
    2. Providing Incorrect Address. 
  2. Non-returnable/ non-refundable products includes but not limited to: 
    1. Personalized products: such as jewelry, clothing, special orders, etc.
    2. Hand-made products: such as rugs, woodwork, art, etc.
    3. Perishable goods: such as flowers, food, plants, etc.
    4. Personal care goods: such as cosmetics, sunscreens, detergents, etc.
  3. Unauthorized returns, including but not limited to:
    1. Returning products without initiating and completing the return process. For example, returning the products to the sender or our business address without our prior approval.

 

Limited returns, exchange, and/ or refunds:
  1. Change of mind returns for products with these particularities:  
    1. Products shipped from our overseas warehouses.

How to initiate the return process: 

  1. File a request through our returns & refunds requests form.
  2. We review your request.
    • We may get back to you for additional information if necessary.
    • This process may take up to 3 business days. 
  3. If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
  4. You send us the product according to the instructions we provided you. 
  5. We receive the return, we inspect it.
  6. If the return is accepted, you will be issued a refund* or sent an exchange/ replacement.
    • *If a refund is granted, it is processed immediately, and you should be credited the refund amount automatically to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.

 

General guidelines:

Please make sure to read our products' descriptions thoroughly prior to making your purchase. Our product descriptions are carefully crafted to help our customers form an accurate view of our products. However, customers should still expect some slightest differences between the actual product and its listing. For example, the product photo may be slightly different from the actual product in terms of color due to the lighting settings during the photoshoot or your monitor's display.

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order, usually beyond our control. If this is the case, we would be more than happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we would gladly replace, exchange, or refund your order.
