Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after placing your order.

 

How can I cancel an order? 

You may cancel your order by submitting a cancellation request using the form below.

Here is how to fill the cancellation form below:  

  1. Fill in your email address
  2. Fill in your order number as stated in the order confirmation email.
  3. State the reason for cancellation in the "Cause for cancellation" field. (optional)

I accidentally cancelled my order, is it possible to resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on-site and want to receive your order, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. And if you have any further questions, you may send them via email at [email protected] — we’re here to help.

I attempted to cancel my order, but I’m unsure if it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order through the described process in this page, once the order is successfully canceled, we will confirm it via email. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at [email protected] (and include your original #ORDER number) and we’ll take a look.
